Construction on Lincoln Avenue is almost finished, with completion expected in the next six weeks, Public Works Director Stan Scholl said. Remaining work on the Lincoln Avenue Beautification Project includes the Coyote Creek Bridge, a clock tower, bus shelters, kiosks and light fixtures. Questions regarding the improvements may be directed to the Redevelopment Agency at (714) 229-6720.
