Statuto Takes Red Cross Post

Rich Statuto has been appointed board chairman of the Orange County Red Cross. He is president and chief executive of St. Joseph Health System.
* Cristi Cristich has been named president-elect of the California chapter of the National Assn. of Women Business Owners. She is president and founder of Cristek Interconnects Inc. in Anaheim.

Greg Tylka is the new vice president of finance for the Western division of Koll Development Co. He will be based in the Newport Beach headquarters and will act as divisional controller. Previously, Tylka was an independent consultant for various real estate companies and investment trusts, as well as senior manager at KPMG.
