* Nissan North America Inc. said it has retained Dallas-based marketing firm Ornelas & Associates to develop a national Latino market advertising campaign aimed at increasing Nissan’s exposure among the 27 million Latinos living in the U.S. Ornelas is a Latino-owned firm with more than $25 million in billings from a client roster that includes Taco Bell, Anheuser-Busch, GTE and Kimberly-Clark. Carson-based Nissan is preparing for the launch of several models and has recently seen U.S. sales begin rising after a years-long decline.
