** 1/2, Hot Boys$, “Guerrilla Warfare,” Money/Universal. Composed of New Orleans rap icons Juvenile, B.G., Lil Wayne and Young Turk, this super-group falls short of its potential. Recent solo projects from Juvenile and B.G. featured more musical energy, lyrical excitement and overall chemistry. Producer Mannie Fresh concocts another collection of bouncy backdrops that, nonetheless, sounds somewhat tired when compared to his previous work.
