YARC Systems to Merge With Buena Park Firm

The shareholders of Quality Photographic Imaging have unanimously approved a merger with Camarillo-based YARC Systems Corp.
The merger is expected to close later this month when the remaining due diligence documents have been reviewed and approved by YARC.
YARC manufactures products to allow a computer image, whether it comes from a digital camera, a scanner or a professional paste-up, to be printed onto paper. The company also makes a color server.
Quality Photographic Imaging, which is based in Buena Park, was established in 1982 to support the West Coast advertising industry. It provides a variety of services, including the production of color visual displays, both digital and photographic.
Its customers include Disney, Taco Bell, Mattel, Hyundai, TRW, Playboy, Lucky Supermarkets and the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
