The Planning Commission will meet tonight to review master plans for Rancho Capistrano. The project is on a large parcel of property owned by Rancho Capistrano Ministries that lies both within and outside of city limits. Property owners and city planners have been working for two years to develop plans that include procedures for annexing the property to the city. The commission meets at 7 p.m. in council chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto. Information: (949) 493-1171.
