The City Council tonight is expected to increase the hourly rate for legal services provided by City Atty. Thomas W. Allen. The city is considering increasing his rate from $120 an hour to $130 an hour due to his recent favorable performance review, City Manager Terry Matz said. Allen, a partner with the Costa Mesa-based firm of Burke, Williams and Sorensen, has worked for Stanton for 15 years.
The council meets at 6:30 p.m. in chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
