Councilman Joe Brown on Saturday will lead the third in a monthly series of historical walks to celebrate the city’s 10th anniversary. The walk, which will take about 1 1/2 hours, will begin at Seaview Park, near the intersection of Pacific Island and Talavera drives. Walkers will head down Aliso Summit Trail to the Crown Valley Community Park. Water will be provided.
