The Planning Commission on Monday unanimously approved petitions from two new restaurants, Le Diplomate Cafe and Bar Roma, to serve beer and wine on their premises.
Le Diplomate Cafe will open in the city’s revamped mall--the Shops at Mission Viejo. The business hopes to be ready when the mall formally reopens in September. Bar Roma will open in the Mission Viejo Commerce Center on La Paz Road, just east of Marguerite Parkway.
