N. Korean Missile Ready to Be Tested

SEOUL — North Korea has finished building an upgraded ballistic missile and is weighing the pros and cons of a test launch, South Korea’s spy chief said Wednesday.
Chun Yong Taek, head of the National Intelligence Service, said it would take at least three or four weeks for North Korea to transport the missile and prepare it for launching at a coastal base.
The U.S., South Korea and Japan have warned of repercussions if the North tests the missile.
