2 Bodies Found in Home; Murder-Suicide Suspected

LONG BEACH — The decomposing bodies of two men, possibly a father and son, were found in a home here Friday in what police say apparently was a murder-suicide.
The corpses were discovered by a friend about 2 p.m. in the house on north Newport Avenue, investigators said. They said both men had been dead for at least several days.
A pistol was found near one of the bodies, police said.
The identities of the two men were withheld pending notification of kin.
