Dense-Pac Abandons E-Commerce

Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc., the Garden Grove provider of computer memory products, said that it has disbanded its e-commerce operations to focus on its core business.

The Commerce-Pac unit provided Web site designs, development and hosting for e-commerce clients. The two-person staff has left the company to start its own e-commerce company, said Dense-Pac Chief Financial Officer William Stowell.

Dense-Pac said costs related to the closing of Commerce-Pac operations should be immaterial to earnings.
