The board in charge of governing Leisure World’s condominiums was unanimous in endorsing a budget created by Janet Price, the community’s financial services director. The board will take final action at its meeting next month.
The proposed budget includes a $7.50 increase on monthly dues proposed by the Golden Rain Foundation--which manages Leisure World’s amenities and activities--for future building projects in the Gate 12 area.
