* Los Angeles-based Harvey Entertainment Group, home of such animated characters as Casper the Friendly Ghost and Baby Huey, reported a second-quarter net loss of $2 million, or 48 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.2 million, or 29 cents, a year ago. Revenue fell to $361,000 from $420,000. The company cited ongoing problems that led to a management restructuring in April.

* Studio City-based restaurant operator Jerry’s Famous Deli Inc. reported a second-quarter net loss of $133,000, or 1 cent per share, compared with net income of $108,000, or 1 cent, a year ago. Revenue rose to $16.8 million from $16.1 million.
