The completion of a yearlong citywide street paving project will be recognized by the City Council at its meeting tonight.
The $2.69-million project ran over the original budget by almost $500,000. Extra asphalt was needed to smooth the Rancho Niguel area and to cover La Plata Drive, which was added to the program.
