Participants in the city’s youth employment program will perform the musical “School House Rock” at the Sunken Gardens behind the Civic Center on Thursday and Friday.
The 14- to 21-year-old performers have been practicing full time since July 1, and the 22-member cast is responsible for creating costumes and stage props.
The musical is free, and performances are at 4 p.m. Thursday and at noon and 3 p.m. Friday. Information: (714) 895-2860, Ext. 571.
