Margaret E. Rozzano, a retired supervisor for Kmart, died Friday. She was 75.
Born Feb. 19, 1924, in Pittsburgh, she attended school and grew up there.
Later, she volunteered to do secretarial work at St. James Catholic Church in Pennsylvania, while her children went to school.
In 1973, she and daughter Laura Chilldres moved to Los Angeles, where Rozzano became a supervisor for Kmart in the Miracle Mile area.
Rozzano’s family said she always enjoyed the outdoors and traveling and was an excellent cook.
In 1994, she moved closer to her daughters, who live in Ventura.
Rozzano is survived by daughters Laura Chilldres and Shirley Rainey, both of Ventura, and Candace Rozzano of Pennsylvania; a son, Anthony “Harry” Rozzano Jr. of Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled today at 3:30 p.m. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home in Ventura, with Father Peter Nugent officiating. Interment will be at Braddock Hills Catholic Cemetery in Braddock, Pa.
