Sizzler Names Several Execs

* Sizzler International, the Los Angeles-based operator of the Sizzler restaurants overseas, has elected Phillip Matthews chairman, succeeding James Collins, who will become chairman emeritus. The company also named Steve Selcer, chief operating officer of the La Salsa restaurant chain, as chief financial officer. He takes over for Ryan Tondro, who has been named vice president of acquisitions and development. And Michael B. Green was named vice president and general counsel.
* Pasadena-based HomePage.com, a provider of personal Web pages, has named Mary Lou Fulton, former vice president of editorial at Los Angeles-based rival GeoCities, its president. The company also named Tim Cahill its chief operating officer. Cahill previously was chief operating officer and executive vice president at New York-based Learn2.com.
* Santa Monica-based software developer Activision Inc. has named two new executives. Michael Rowe has been appointed executive vice president of human resources and Kathy Vrabeck was named executive vice president of global brand management.
* Fred B. Cordova III has joined Los Angeles-based real estate brokerage Cushman Realty Corp. as director of its Cushman Investment Services division. Cordova, who has been involved in more than $750 million in real estate deals, was previously vice president of development for Homestead Village Inc.
