The Orange Unified School District will present an update on its efforts to bring back a music program to elementary schools at its board meeting Thursday. The district eliminated music from its curriculum in 1985 because of budget constraints. The school board meets for public session at 7:30 p.m. at the District Education Center, 1401 N.
