First American Acquires Florida Company

Santa Ana-based First American Financial Corp. said its title insurance company has acquired Omni Title, a unit of Pasco Inc., from owner Lois E. Robinson for an undisclosed sum.
Omni Title, based in Pasco County, Fla., will retain its name and operate as a branch of First American Title Insurance Co. Omni has 12 employees, with offices in the Florida cities of New Port Richey and Bayonet Point.
