The 25-unit residential development at Village and Rancho Viejo roads was put on hold again this week. The City Council wants more detailed information about the height of a sound wall at the project site before granting final approval. After previously rejecting the project and saying the site would be better suited for commercial development, the council last month voted 3 to 2 for an intent to approve the project this week. The council will discuss the project again in October. Information: (949) 493-1171.
