The Sphere of Influence Community Task Force will meet Tuesday to sign off on the city’s plan for annexation of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills.
Eastside residents on the task force, which formed earlier this year, are advising the city on annexation.
Task force members could approve the city’s proposal for providing services to Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills residents after annexation. The proposal will be part of the city’s annexation application to the Orange County Local Agency Formation Commission.
The task force will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Portola Hills Elementary School, 19422 Saddleback Ranch Road, Portola Hills.
