The City Council tonight is scheduled to select a contractor to widen the intersection at Oso Parkway and Moulton Parkway. The city received six bids for the project, ranging from $1.46 million to $1.6 million, according to a city staff report. The staff recommended the city award the contract to the lowest bidder, Los Angeles Engineering Inc. The cost would also include the widening of the Moulton Parkway median island and the resurfacing of Moulton from Nellie Gail Road to Gordon Road. The meeting is at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall.
