Lancaster Wins Despite Chen

Harvey Hargrove had four hits and four runs batted in for Lancaster on Tuesday night in a 15-5 victory over San Bernardino at the Hangar.
General Manager Kevin Malone of the Dodgers watched Chin-Feng Chen of San Bernardino, trying to become the first 30-30 player in California League history, hit his 27th and 28th home runs.

The JetHawks won a series in San Jose for the first time in the club’s four-year history, defeating the Giants, 8-4, on Monday night.
Greg Wooten (8-4) recorded his first complete game, allowing nine hits and striking out seven. The JetHawks had 12 hits, including three by center fielder Harvey Hargrove.
