A decision on whether to build 12 houses around the historic Gilbert Kraemer House was postponed Tuesday by the Planning Commission. The issue will be discussed again at the Sept. 14 meeting. On Aug. 6, the school district sent the city a letter saying it opposed the housing project because of concerns about overcrowding.
