Too much bacteria is swimming in the water at Channel Islands Harbor beach park in Oxnard. Signs warning people to avoid contact with the water have been posted and swimmers and bathers should stay at least 50 feet from the signs this weekend, the Ventura County Environmental Health Division advised Thursday.
