The City Council recently approved an $813,710 program with AIDS Services Foundation and Solari Enterprises to help pay for housing for those living with AIDS. The city also will pay $295,000 to provide housing for those with HIV. Funds for the project will come from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
