The Labor Day Carnival runs Thursday through Monday at the lots on the north side of Avenida Pico near the beach. Hosted by the San Clemente Lions Club and the Beaches, Parks and Recreation Department, the carnival will feature 20 rides and attractions. Ride tickets are 75 cents each or 20 for $12. Special “pay one price” ride wristbands will be available for $10 per person at special times. Information: (949) 496-3580.
