Gun Shows
I don’t own a gun, am not a member of the National Rifle Assn. and haven’t fired a weapon since I was in the service; I do abhor violent shootings. But L.A. County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky’s knee-jerk reaction using some flawed conclusions is ridiculous. Is he assuming that the attacks would not have occurred if the attacker didn’t have that one gun purchased at a gun show? Wrong.
These people have, if nothing else, a strong dedication to their purpose and will get the weapons they want, gun show or no gun show. He must realize that outlawing legitimate gun shows isn’t even a small step in the right direction.
