They also think he was hot-tempered, and believe this may have led to his Oct. 14 death. An argument at Yorba Linda Lakebed Park escalated, and Daniel How was struck and killed by a white sport utility vehicle. No suspects have been identified in the case, and family members are now circulating fliers asking witnesses to contact the Brea Police Department at (714) 671-3669. “It will never bring Daniel back. That’s not going to happen,” said his father, Dennis. “We want them to be caught, we don’t want to see anyone else hurt by this. It’s just not a good thing for lives to be destroyed like this.”
