LAGUNA WOODS

The city is now online.
It launched its official Web site, https://www.lagunawoodscity.org, Thursday.
“We’ve been working on it for some time,” City Clerk Meg Monahan said. “It will really help the community get in touch with us.”
The site features a directory of city staff, which includes their job descriptions and e-mail addresses. It also provides an explanation of the city manager structure of government, which the city has used since it incorporated last March. There is a schedule of meeting times and places for the city’s Planning Advisory Committee and Community Services Committee. And there is even a copy of the city’s newly crafted mission statement.
