Litton Sells Moorpark Facility to Calabasas BCD

Litton Systems, represented by Bob and Cathy Scullin of NAI Capital Commercial, sold its 147,260-square-foot Moorpark facility to Calabasas BCD. The value of the sale is $10.5 million.
Litton will remain at the facility, located in the Moorpark Business Center on Condor Drive, through March. Litton will relocate its Data Systems Division to existing facilities throughout Southern California.
Calabasas BCD is scheduled to move its office headquarters to the 2 1/2-story facility in June.
