In another nonleague game:
Irvine 60, Dana Hills 58--Brady Davis tipped in a pass from Greg Schiesel off an in-bounds pass with four seconds remaining to break a 58-58 tie for the host Vaqueros (2-3). Andrew Spaulding scored 25 points for Dana Hills.
In the Bob Osborne tournament:
Marina 72, Foothill 71--Senior Dustin Kaatz made an eight-foot bank shot inside with seven seconds remaining to give Marina (4-0) the pool play victory. Kaatz made 12 of 16 free throws and tied his career high with 31 points.
Alex Rasmussen scored 19 points for Foothill (1-2) prior to fouling out of the game with about two minutes to play.
Orange Lutheran 72, Santa Ana 53--Jason Whieldon scored 26 points with six three-pointers and four assists and Patrick Salyer had 18 points and six rebounds for Orange Lutheran (5-0).
Center Darnell Graham of Santa Ana (1-2) had 28 points.
In the Glendora tournament:
No. 7 Brea Olinda 81, Chino Charter Oak 53--Landon Lewis scored 17 points for the Wildcats in a pool-play game.
In the La Quinta tournament:
La Quinta 57, Huntington Beach 53--Duy Duong made a three-pointer with one minute remaining to give La Quinta (2-4) a five-point lead and secure the pool-play victory. Duong finished with 12 points and Matt Blanchard added 17 points for the Aztecs.
Santa Ana Valley 76, Calvary Chapel 63--Alex Londa had 21 points for Santa Ana Valley (2-3). Joshua Sherman had 16 points and 13 rebounds for Calvary Chapel (4-2).
In the Los Alamitos tournament:
No. 2 Los Alamitos 67, Los Angeles Verbum Dei 53--Ken Carter had 18 points and 12 rebounds and Ron Prettyman scored 19 points for host Los Alamitos.
No. 8 Villa Park 68, Pacifica 36--Corey Miller had 12 points and nine assist for Villa Park (2-1) in pool play. The Spartans play Long Beach Wilson today at 3 p.m. at Los Alamitos.
In the Tournament of Champions at Ocean View High:
No. 9 Ocean View 76, Fontana A.B. Miller 52--Junior Marques Crane, scored 34 points and made 10 of 10 shots from the field including six three-pointers for Ocean View (4-0) in the quarterfinals.
Fontana 58, No. 5 Servite 49--Jordan Walker scored 12 points for Fontana, which outscored Servite 30-27 in the second half to close out the consolation victory.
Curtis Bibolet had 14 points and six rebounds for Servite (3-3).
