Leslie’s Poolmart Reports Higher Sales

Leslie’s Poolmart Inc., Chatsworth, reported sales for the fourth quarter ended Oct. 2 of $94 million, an increase of .6% over the fourth quarter last year.
Sales for the year ended Oct. 2 increased 11.6% over fiscal 1998 to $282 million.
The company, which is not publicly traded, reports sales but not earnings. It sells pool supplies through 368 stores in 30 states.
