The Orange County Water District Board of Directors passed a resolution of support for the State Water Bond to be listed as Proposition 13 on the March ballot. With this latest endorsement by the Fountain Valley-based district, the board joins the boards of the other two major Orange County water suppliers--Coastal Municipal Water District and Municipal Water District of Orange County--in passing resolutions of support for the proposition. If passed, 60% of the bond money would be used in Southern California.
