Robert Olander II was honored by the city for his efforts to encourage academic achievement.
The owner of Fountain Valley Mobile Estates has been giving rent credit to the families of students who earn at least a 3.0 grade point average. Olander will knock off up to $100 a year for the families of high school students who earn a B average.
