Unbeaten during regular season and team playoffs at 57.0 in sets and reached quarter-finals of the Southern Section individual tournament before losing. Won her second consecutive Marmonte League and helped Agoura to the quarterfinals of the Division II playoffs.
Yasmin Fisher / Buena
Junior
Singles
Posted a 38-2 record in dual match sets and went to the quarterfinals of the Southern Section individual tournament before falling to Brymer. The Bulldog’s No. 1 player the past three seasons, she lost in the Channel League singles final for the second consecutive seasons.
Margo O’Donnell / Senior
Rebecca Hunau / Junior
Simi Valley
Doubles
Did not pair up until the postseason but were 14-2 sets and advanced in the quarterios of the Southern Section doubles tournament before losing. O’Donnel has a record of 57-3 in sets and Hunau was 03.0 as the Pioneers went 18-5 and advanced to the Division 1 quarterfinals.

Jenny Munroe / Hart
Sophomore
Singles
Was 37-0 in dual match sets despite early-season quadriceps injury. Won Foothill League singles . . .after a runner-up finish in 1997, reached round of 16 in the Southern Section individual tournament and won Valencia tournament singles championship fo the second consecutive season. Helped Indians (15-3) reach Divison 11 quarterfinals.
Shervin Saedina / Calabasas
Senior
Singles
Posted a 60-3 record in dual match sets and went to the round 16 at the Southern Section individual tournament. Calabasas’ top player for four seasons, she won the Frontier League singles title and helped the Coyotes (21-1) to the Division IV final after three consecutive semifinal losses.
Diana Friedland / Van Nuys
Sophomore
Singles
As Van Nuys No. 1 player, she had a 14-1 record and led the Wolves to a 13-2 mark and a berth in the semifinals of the City Championships. She reached the quarterfinals of the City Section individual tournament.
Valerie Ramirez / Senior
Shannon Slotnick / Sophomore
Granada Hills
Doubles
The Highlanders No. 1 doubles team posted a 20-2 record and led the team to the final match of the City Championships, where Granada Hills (15-1) fell to Pallisades, 4-3. Ramirez and Slotnick lost in City doubles final to top-seeded Maria Edwards and Lauren Sylsufshi of University.
