The public is invited to a meeting Thursday to discuss problems in education and crime in the local community. The session will be followed by a question-and-answer period. The event is hosted by the Central Orange County Chapter of United We Stand. The meeting will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Garden Grove Women’s Civic Club, 9501 Chapman Ave. Information: (714) 894-0754.
