At its meeting tonight, the City Council will consider permitting the construction of 107 single-family homes and a security guard structure in the La Habra Hills, located east of Beach Boulevard and north of the city limits. The item was last continued at the Dec. 17 meeting. The council meets at 7 p.m. in council chambers, at 201 E. La Habra Blvd. Information: (562) 905-9700.
