Orange Unified School District trustees tonight will consider approving Villa Park High School’s participation in the “New American High School” program.
Villa Park High is the only high school in Orange County to be invited to compete for the designation as a “New American High School” through the U.S. Department of Education. The state Department of Education and Sonoma State University oversee the program in California. Nineteen other high schools statewide were also invited to participate.
