At its Tuesday meeting, the City Council will discuss putting an off-leash canine park at the city’s operational support facility on Oak Canyon. The project would cost an initial $196,000, with an additional $4,000 annually in landscaping maintenance. The council meets at 5:30 p.m. at 1 Civic Center Plaza. Information: (949) 724-6000.
