Gasoline prices nationwide continued to drop at the pump as supply outpaced demand. The average retail price for all grades, including taxes, was $1.03 per gallon as of Friday. That was down about a half-cent over three weeks, according to the Lundberg Survey of 10,000 stations nationwide.
