* The third annual installation gala for Ventura County Coastal Assn. of Realtors will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Marriott Residence Inn, 2101 W. Vineyard Ave., Oxnard. The evening includes a Mardi Gras-style party and dancing.

* A seminar on international payment methods, sponsored by the Centers for International Trade Development and the Bank of America, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 4 at the Radisson International Hotel, 999 Enchanted Way, Simi Valley. Topics include elements of letters of credit, documentary collections and sources of funding.
