Under a plan approved by the City Council recently, an application form and a $635 processing fee has been established for people seeking to run adult entertainment businesses. In November, the council approved zoning ordinances that added to and amended various sections of the city code pertaining to the regulation of adult businesses. To process these requests, a new adult entertainment business land-use permit application and fee was created.
