The Chamber of Commerce and Business Assn. has launched its first-ever marketing campaign to bring out-of-town visitors to the city’s shops and restaurants. The group recently distributed 75,000 brochures to hotels in tourist cities such as Anaheim and Long Beach, hoping that visitors staying in those cities will also spend a day strolling and shopping in downtown Seal Beach, association president Kim Masoner said.
