The pretrial hearing for Alfonso Castro Cornelio, an assistant civil engineer arrested on suspicion of soliciting a bribe, took place this week. During the brief court appearance, a preliminary hearing was rescheduled from Jan. 19 to Feb. 10. Cornelio has pleaded not guilty.
