Capital Pacific Increase

Newport Beach real estate company Capital Pacific Holdings Inc. had a net income of $485,000, or 3 cents a share, for the third quarter ended Nov. 30. A year ago, the company posted a loss of $5.2 million, or 35 cents a share, including an $8 million charge. Revenue increased 15% to $56.6 million from $49.3 million.
The company said the average selling price of its homes for the third quarter increased to $273,000 from $212,000 in the third quarter a year ago.
