Textron Inc. said it bought the assets of Business Leasing Group, a commercial lending unit of BankAmerica Corp., as the aircraft and industrial products company expands in financial services. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Dayton Hudson Corp. said it plans to buy $1 billion in stock over the next two years, even as it continues to expand its Target discount chain. The Minneapolis-based retailer, whose other chains include Mervyn’s, also raised its quarterly dividend 11% to 10 cents a share.
