The City Council is seeking new bids for street improvements to Oso Parkway at Cabot Road. City staff budgeted the pavement resurfacing and intersection improvements at about $1.2 million but received seven bids ranging from $1.9 million to $2.2 million. City officials may consider deleting a number of specific improvements, such as a median island and a westbound right turn lane, to bring the project in at budget. Information: (949) 707-2600.
