The City Council will reconsider a plan to invest in solar energy at its meeting Jan. 26. Ultimate Motroller Corp., a direct-current motor developer, plans to start a solar pump project at the Stanton Golf Center on Western Avenue. The proposal involves using a 4-by-4-foot solar panel on the course that will transfer thermal energy from the sun to run a brushless electric motor. Information: (714) 379-9222.
